International Business is a field of business that looks into all aspects of multinational corporations (MNCs)or multinational enterprises (MNEs). The theoretical base of this study was originated in 1960s and considered as established in 1980s. Traditionally, scholars engaged in this field came from more developed schools, such as accountancy, general management, marketing, finance, strategy, organization, and international trade. Scholars of technology management and information management have also participated since 1990s.
International business study is also taught in international business management courses in graduate or undergraduate programs.The Business Technology Association (BTA) is an international not-for-profit trade association serving independent dealers, value-added resellers, systems integrators, manufacturers and distributors in the business equipment and systems industry.
