Mac or PC, SlideShare loves all your Documents
Many of you have told us that you also like to share your documents on SlideShare. Now you can upload documents to SlideShare: whether Microsoft Office or Apple's iWork or Open Office. And of course, PDFs of all sorts (landscape or portrait format) are welcome as well.
You can easily embed your docs into wordpress or other blogging platforms. And if you use LinkedIn, then you can share your documents with your LinkedIn network as well.
We want you to be able to share not just your slides, but all of your ideas. You can create a comprehensive repository on SlideShare, build your personal brand and be recognized as an expert in your field.
Give it a try, go upload your documents to SlideShare!
Comment & Download on Embeds
It's great to embed presentations or docs on your site, blog or wiki. But until recently, your visitors had to make their way to SlideShare.net to comment or download.
We just whipped a new menu button for embeds (far left of the play button) so visitors can comment on your presentation, market it as a favorite and download it right your site itself.
Enough About Me, Let's Talk About You
We would love to get to know you better. You visit our site and upload your presentations, but don't know why you are sharing your presentations. Take 5 minutes to complete this survey. It will help us make SlideShare better for you!
